My path started through movement. For years, I was training, learning, and exploring different ways of using my body. Movement was how I connected, how I expressed myself, and how I felt alive. At some point, I realised that no matter how much I trained or how “well” I was living on the outside, something deeper wasn’t being addressed. That’s when the work shifted. Not away from movement, but deeper into it — into the body, habits, nourishment, and understanding what’s happening internally. At the same time, reconnecting with nature became essential. Being in natural environments, moving, breathing, and simply being, allowed me to reset and see things more clearly. Today, my work brings together movement, nourishment, breath, and inner work, grounded in a deeper connection with nature. Not as separate things, but as a practical way to reconnect with yourself. This is not about becoming someone else. It’s about understanding how you move, how you live, how you think — and creating change from there. This is the work I continue to do myself. And this is the space I hold for others.

This multidimensional session blends: • Bodyweight conditioning • Kettlebell & dumbbell functional training • Animal flow & yoga-inspired mobility • Core integration & nervous system regulation • Breathwork + essential oil activation • Primal movement meets functional strength Every session is a moving meditation: building coordination, endurance, balance, and grounded power. Integration & inner work

Without inner work , everything else Becomes Temporary.

Based on my own experience over the years, I’ve come to understand that without inner work, nothing truly changes. You can train your body, stay fit, and eat clean, but if you don’t take the time to understand yourself, the same patterns will keep showing up.

For a long time, I focused on the external. Performance, discipline, and structure. But underneath, there were still parts of me that felt disconnected, reactive, and unresolved. It wasn’t until I started looking inward that things began to shift in a real way.

This work is about understanding where you’re moving from. Your childhood, your conditioning, your relationships, your emotional patterns. All of it shapes how you think, feel, and behave. When you begin to bring awareness to these layers, you start to see things differently.

It’s not about fixing yourself or becoming someone else. It’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level, so your actions, choices, and reactions come from a place of awareness rather than unconscious patterns.

This is where real transformation happens. Not from pushing harder or doing more, but from slowing down, looking inward, and meeting yourself honestly.

Shadow Work

Shadow work is about meeting the parts of yourself that you’ve learned to hide. The anger, the fear, the need for control, the insecurity, the emotions that at some point felt too much, either for others or for yourself.

Based on my own experience, these parts don’t disappear. They stay in the background, shaping how you react, how you relate to others, and how you see yourself. They show up in patterns, in triggers, in moments where you feel out of control or disconnected.

This work is about turning toward those parts instead of avoiding them. Not to judge them, but to understand them. To see what they carry, what they need, and why they are there in the first place.

When you start to meet these parts with awareness and honesty, something shifts. You stop fighting yourself, and you begin to feel more whole, more present, and more grounded in who you are.

Inner Child Work

Inner child work is about reconnecting with the younger parts of you that still carry old emotions, unmet needs, and beliefs formed early in life.

From my own experience, many of the ways we react today come from those early moments. The need for approval, the fear of rejection, the difficulty in setting boundaries, the way we relate to love, all of it has roots.

This work is not about going back and staying in the past. It’s about bringing awareness and care to those parts of you that didn’t receive what they needed at the time.

In our sessions, we create space for those parts to be seen, felt, and supported. Not rushed, not forced. Just met with presence.

As you reconnect with your inner child, you begin to feel more connected to yourself and to life. You move with more softness, more clarity, and more trust in who you are.

Reiki is a gentle energy practice that supports the body in returning to its natural state of balance.

Through light touch or close presence, energy is guided to where it is needed. This can help release tension, regulate the nervous system, and create a sense of calm and clarity.

It’s not about fixing anything. It’s about allowing your body to do what it already knows how to do when given the right conditions.

Aromatherapy :

Aromatherapy works through scent, directly influencing the nervous system and emotional state.

Essential oils can support grounding, relaxation, focus, and emotional release. They help you connect more deeply with your breath and your body, creating a more present and aware state.

In our sessions, these tools are used in a simple and intuitive way. Not as something complex, but as support for what you’re already moving through.

This is not a standard program. This is a close, guided journey where we work together to reconnect you with your body, your habits, and your inner world. Through movement, nourishment, and inner work, we create a structure that supports you in your daily life, not just in sessions.

Inner Work & Integration :

You’ll have 1 weekly 1:1 session (90 minutes) focused on: Understanding emotional patterns and behaviours Inner child and shadow work Building awareness and presence This is where we slow down, reflect, and create real internal shifts.

Nourishment & Lifestyle :

This is not a traditional diet plan. We don’t focus on counting calories or following rigid structures. Instead, we build awareness around how food affects your body, your energy, and your overall state. Together, we create a personalised approach to nourishment based on your preferences, your lifestyle, and what truly supports you.
